Under the leadership of newly elected Governor Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania has embarked on a journey to redefine its economic landscape through a ten-year strategic plan aiming to harness its diverse economy and propel it towards faster growth and prosperity.

“We will continue improvements already underway to how state agencies handle permitting and regulations and provide the best possible customer experience for companies looking to expand in our Commonwealth. We will streamline our business incentives and increase funding for the most effective programs so that when companies invest in Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania has the resources to invest in them,” said Governor Josh Shapiro.

At the core of Governor Shapiro’s plan are five key industry sectors that form the pillars of Pennsylvania’s economic rejuvenation:

• Energy
• Life Sciences
• Advanced Manufacturing
• Robotics and Automation

Governor Josh Shapiro’s ten-year strategic plan is an open invitation to Taiwanese companies to be part of a dynamic and prosperous business ecosystem.
